Background of the Study

Zenith Bank has recently embraced a suite of innovative recruitment strategies, including digital recruitment platforms, AI-driven candidate screening, and virtual assessment centers, to enhance its talent acquisition process (Olu, 2023). These methods are designed to streamline the hiring process, reduce time-to-hire, and improve the quality of candidate selection by leveraging data analytics and automation.
